It is agreed by learned Counsel for the Parties that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is analogous to W.P.(C) No.4632 of 2018 (Ghasinath Sahoo v. National Highway Authority of India & Others), which has been disposed of by this Court, vide order dated 15.12.2022.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the order dated 15.12.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.4632 of 2018 (Ghasinath Sahoo v. National Highway Authority of India & Others), this Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of the said order granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum.
