ORDER (Oral) 16.03.2022 02.

1. This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode.

2. Mr. Rajani Chandra Mohanty, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 states that the required certificates/testimonials shall be released to the appellants provided they will file affidavits before the Principal, M.K.C.G. Medical College and Hospital, Berhampur/Respondent No.4 to the effect that they would come back after undertaking the Superspeciality courses to serve the State in terms of the already executed bonds submitted while taking admission to the Post Graduate courses.

3. In response, Mr. P.K. Behera, learned counsel for the appellants states that nothing survives for adjudication in the present appeal provided the certificates are released forthwith on submission of the affidavits by the appellants.

4. In view of the aforesaid agreed stand, the present Writ Appeal is disposed of as infructuous. The respondents would be bound by the aforesaid stand made through their counsels.

It is directed that the certificates/testimonials shall be released to the appellants forthwith on submissions of the required affidavits.

5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
