CORAM:
THE CHIEF JUSTICE DR. JUSTICE S. K. PANIGRAHI Order No.
ORDER
12.09.2022 03.
1. The impugned order appears to have been passed in a writ petition challenging an order passed in a civil suit.
2. Consequently, no writ appeal is maintainable against such an order in the writ petition, which is obviously under Article 227 of the Constitution of India and not under Article 226 of the Constitution. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as not maintainable.
(Dr. S. Muralidhar) Chief Justice (Dr. S. K. Panigrahi) Judge M. Panda
