1. This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode.
2. The petitioner is the proprietor of M/s. Neha Traders, who was a defaulter after loan facility availed from Allahabad Bank, Cantonment Road Branch, Cuttack.
3. Learned proxy counsel for the petitioner states that on account of the deposits made by way of an amicable settlement, the loan account has closed since 1st April, 2014 and therefore the present writ petition has become infructuous.
4. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
