This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

This Contempt application has been filed for noncompliance of order dated 11th June, 2020 passed in W.P.(C) No.8925 of 2020.

A compliance affidavit sworn in by Additional Commissioner, Additional Commissioner, Additional Revision Court No.2, Bhubaneswar is filed in Court today, which is taken on record. At paragraph-5 of the said compliance affidavit, it is stated that OSS Case No.255 of 2016 has been disposed of vide order dated 2nd March, 2022. 4.

Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that since the OSS Case No.255 of 2016 has already been disposed of the contempt proceeding may be dropped. 5.
