02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

2. The petitioners claim that the directions passed by this Court on 19.06.2017 in W.P.(C) No.10981 of 2017 directing the appropriate authority to dispose of the applications seeking disbursement of the compensation awarded for the acquired land of the petitioners, within a time frame has not been complied with. Hence, the present contempt.

3. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners files a memo praying therein to withdraw the contempt petition. The memo be kept on record.

4. In view of the memo filed, the CONTC is dismissed as withdrawn.
