This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioners in this writ petition pray for a direction to set aside the order dated 30th November, 2021 passed by the Sub-Collector, Kendrapara-Opposite Party No.3 in Mutation Appeal No. 36 of 2021.

In course of hearing, Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to avail the remedy under Section 32 of the Orissa Survey and Settlement Act, 1958 assailing the order impugned herein. 4.
In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

However, in the event an application for condonation of delay is filed along with the revision petition, the same shall be construed liberally taking into consideration the pendency of the writ petition before this Court since 25th January, 2022 till date along with other grounds.
