This writ petition involves the following prayer: "It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased admit this writ petition by issuing Rule NISI calling upon the opp. Parties more particularly Opp. Party No.4 to show cause as to why the petitioner shall be evicted from the case land she possessed accordingly to R.O.R bearing Khata No.1230/163, Plot no.3240/4433 of Area Ac0.160 dec. Kisama Gharabari of MouzaBaro Tahasildar/Dist.-Kendrapara for the interest of Justice;

And if the Opp.parties fail to show cause or show insufficient case to make the said Rule absolute; And further be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ(s)/Order(s), direction(s) directing the opp.

Parties more particularly Opp. Party no.4 not to dispossess the petitioner from the case land she possessed since long according to R.O.R."

Considering the submissions made by the parties and without expressing any opinion on the claim of the Petitioner, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.4 to consider the representation at the instance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-2 and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto and also involving the Petitioner.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner. 4.
