2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the FIR in connection with Sambalpur Vigilance P.S. Case No.85 of 2001 corresponding to C.T.R. Case No.5 of 2002 pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Sambalpur.

3. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter was called. Learned counsel for the Vigilance is present.

4. Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed non-prosecution.
