1.
This writ petition involves a challenge to order at Annexure14; undisputedly a demand for non-payment of shop rent for the particular year mentioned therein.
2.
For the opinion of this Court, if the Petitioner has any objection on the demand being raised by the competent authority, nothing prevented the Petitioner to raise his objection to such demand before the Competent Authority for consideration. However finding that the writ petition is entertained in the year 2013 with grant of interim order, this Court while disposing of this writ petition as not entertainable at this stage, permits the Petitioner to raise his objection raised herein involving Annexure-14 at least within a period of two weeks hence for consideration of the Cuttack Municipal Corporation. In such event the Cuttack Municipal Corporation shall do well in taking a decision on demand aspect vide
// 2 // Annexure-14 also involving the Petitioner, at least within a period of four weeks thereafter. For six weeks the interim order dated 18.03.2013 passed by this Court in Misc. Case No.3452 of 2013 shall continue.
