The present intra court appeal is directed against the order dated 29.11.2017 passed in W.P.(C) No.4918 of 2017 by the learned Single Judge, whereby the claim for further correction of the classification of the land in question has been declined.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant has prayed for an unconditional withdrawal of the present writ appeal to pursue his remedy in accordance with law. The memo of withdrawal dated 08.07.2022 has been filed in Court, the same be kept on record.
