1. Learned counsel appearing for Opposite Party No.8 states that the Conveyor Belt Project itself has been dropped. Therefore, there is no cause of action survives.

2. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner, if any cause of action survives, to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
