2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the FIR in connection with Baliapal P.S. Case No.106 of 2012 corresponding to C.T. Case No.1485 of 2012 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M, Balasore.

3. It appears that this case is of the year 2014. This Court issued notice to the Opposite Party Nos.2 and 3 by registered post with A.D vide order dated 15.05.2014. Till date requisites for issuance of notice to the Opposite Party Nos.2 and 3 have not yet been filed.

4. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter was called.

5. Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed non-prosecution.

6. Interim order passed earlier stands vacated. This order be communicated to the trial court immediately.
