This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application for modification.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted that due to unavoidable situation for their illness, they could not surrender before the court below and as such extension of time has been prayed for.

Considering the submissions, it is further directed that the Petitioners can avail the benefit of the bail order dated 04.02.2022, if they surrender before the learned Special Judge, Kendrapara on or before 7th of March, 2022.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
