Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.J. Patnaik, learned Government Advocate.

The petitioner in this writ petition seeks direction to the opposite parties to pay the admitted outstanding dues of the petitioner amounting to Rs.10,96,486/- along with interest as would be appropriate in this case. 4.

Since this is a year old matter of 2011 and the dispute with regard to grant of dues, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made in this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum, if he is so advised. 5.
