This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing mode. 2.

Heard learned counsel for both the parties and perused the records.

This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail.

Considering the nature of offences alleged against the Petitioner and keeping in view the fact that Petitioner is a lady, this Court directs that in the event of arrest of the Petitioner in Paradeep Model P.S. Case No.306 of 2021, corresponding to G.R. Case No.1233 of 2021, pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C.(P), Kujang, she shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as the Arresting Officer may deem just and proper.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
