The Petitioners in this writ petition pray for a direction to the Tahasildar, Kaniha to dispose of their representation dated 6th July, 2020 (Annexure-2) for partition of the property in respect of Plot No. 3069 under Khata No.94 in mouza Gaham under Kaniha Tahasil in the district of Angul within a stipulated period. 2.

In course of hearing, Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to file a properly constituted application under Section 19(1)(c) of the O.L.R. Act, 1960.
