The present appeal is directed against an order of the learned Single Judge whereby re-evaluation of the answer script of a student was ordered. There was no stay of the impugned order during the pendency of hits appeal. Clearly, with the passage of time, the appeal has been rendered infructuous. It is disposed of as such.
