This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the order dated 06.05.2010 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Panposh in ICC No.683 of 2009 now pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Panposh.

None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter was called.

It appears that the Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter and has lost interest in the litigation.

Hence, this CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution but liberty is given to the Petitioner to raise all defense available to him at the time of trial.
