Mr. Panda, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, prayer is for direction upon Judicial Magistrate First Class, Cuttack to dispose of D.V. Misc. Case no.72 of 2020 within a stipulated time.

On query from Court he submits, opposite parties are respectively, his client's husband, mother-in-law and brother-in-law. He submits further, since the direction is sought upon the subordinate Court, said Court was not made party. His client wants early disposal of the case since opposite parties have already filed their objection.

The Judicial Magistrate First Class Court, Cuttack is requested to expeditiously dispose of Domestic Violence Misc. Case no.72 of 2020, without granting unnecessary adjournment. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of.
