1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. None appears for the Appellant when the matter is called out. By the order dated 11.07.2022, this Court was persuaded to observe as follows:- "Let the matter be listed on 12th August, 2022 for admission. If on that day, there is no representation for the Appellant, this Court will be persuaded to pass the appropriate order for non-prosecution."

3. As there is no representation for the Appellant, we are having no alternative, but to dismiss the appeal for nonprosecution.

4. Accordingly, it is ordered.
