1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this present petition with liberty to file a written representation to the Opposite Party No.3.
2. If such representation is filed not later than 26th September 2022, it shall be considered on its merits and an appropriate order shall be passed thereon after hearing the Petitioner by Opposite Party No.3 within a period of three months thereafter. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view on merits.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayer for.
