This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the order dated 10th February, 2012 passed by the learned Special Judge (Vigilance), Balasore in T.R. No.7 of 2012, taking cognizance of the offence under Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(c)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act and Sections 468, 471, 409 & 477-A of the I.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Mr. P.K. Pani, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Vigilance Department submits that the trial has already been began. 5.

In view of such submission, I am not inclined to interfere with the order of cognizance.

Accordingly, the CRLMC stands dismissed.
