The Petitioner in this RPFAM seeks to assail the order dated 15th September, 2011 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Balasore in Cr.P. No.1145 of 2010 (Misc. Case No.64 of 2003).

After issuance of notice in the matter vide order dated 22nd December, 2011, the Petitioner has not taken any step to get the matter listed. Today Mr. Patro, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Pattnaik, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for an adjournment.

Since this matter is pending for the last eleven years and no interim order has been passed in this case, I am not inclined to grant further adjournment in the matter.
