In view of the recitals in the I.A. G.R. Case No. 395 of 2019 as stated in Paragraph-3 of the order dated 28.02.2022 be read as G.R. Case No. 393 of 2019.

With the aforesaid modification the I.A. is disposed of. The rest part of the Order dated 28.02.2022 remains unaltered. 5.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to correct the G.R. Case number in the cause title and in paragraphs-1 and 3 and in the prayer portion of the CRLMC, 6.
