The petitioner has filed this application for correction of typographical error crept in the judgment dated 07.04.2022. 3.

Considering the grounds taken in the application and after hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, prayer for correction is allowed. The word "PARIDA" mentioned in paragraph-8 of page no.13 of the judgment be substituted as "PRADHAN". 4.

I.A. stands disposed of.

On production of certified copy of the judgment, necessary correction be carried out by the office.

The judgment be uploaded afresh in the official website after making necessary correction.
