This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Addl. Government Advocate produces the instructions dated 28.04.2022 in Court today, of which paragraph-7 reads as under:- "7. The following information are submitted for kind perusal relating to the OA No. 786/1994.

a.

Sri Baban Chandra Hota, was disengaged from his service with effect from 17.02.2012.

b.

Sri Rabindra Kumar Sahoo, conferred with Temporary Status as per FD Resolution dated 04.09.2012 and continuing as such.

c. Sk. Moniruddin was retired on attaining the age of superannuation with effect from 31.03.2018.

d. Sri Jaminikanta Rout, conferred with temporary Status as per FD Resolution dated 04.09.2012 and continuing as such."

In such view of the matter, since the benefit has already extended to the petitioner in terms of paragraph-7 as aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
