1. An affidavit of the Informant-Opposite Party No.2 is on record stating that he does not want to proceed further in the case. This has not been objected to by the learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

2. In that view of the matter, Cuttack Mahila P.S. Case No.82 of 2011 and the corresponding ST No.451 of 2013 pending in the Court of Assistant Sessions Judge (Special Track Court), Cuttack and all proceedings consequent thereto are hereby quashed.

3. The CRLMC is disposed of in the above terms.
