The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite parties no.1 to 4 to issue the corrected hard copies of the mark-sheet of its students appeared their examination in the month of March, 2011 and March, 2012 in respect of Final DISM, PGDISM and Mechanical Engineering IInd Year having the corrected Roll Number and Registration Number as assigned at the time of their examination through the petitionerinstitution under the franchise of NIMTT, Kolkata-opposite party no.4.
