Since the Petitioner is dead, on being prayed by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, time was granted vide Order dated 08.09.2022 and again vide Order dated 17.10.2022 to take necessary steps for substitution of the legal heirs of the Petitioner. However, today when the matter is called, learned Counsel for the Petitioner renders no instruction.
