This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. 2.
Undisputedly from page 22 it appears, part of demand is pending consideration in a writ petition before this Court vide W.P.(C) No.35435 of 2020 and W.P.(C) No.17071 of 2021. In the event there is further development to such issue, in the interest of justice, amendment should have been brought in the pending writ petitions, instead of filing a fresh writ petition. It is, however, considering the restriction in listing of the old matters for the pandemic situation due to the Covid-19 reason and the circular guiding Court in taking up the matter during this period, this Court observes, the Petitioner since wants to reapproach the authority for reconsideration of the demand aspect, finding that the Petitioner is facing with a disconnection of power supply issue on Industrial unit, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition by permitting the Petitioner to re-approach the authority by filing objection to the Annexure-6 along with a deposit of at least 30% of the
// 2 // outstanding presently, within a period of three working days hence. It is further directed that in the event the Petitioner does so, there shall be no disconnection till a decision is taken on the re-approach of the Petitioner by the competent authority. This deposit will, however, be without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Petitioner in the pending Writ Petitions.

The writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. 4.
As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
