1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners seeks leave to Order No.

withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal in accordance with law.

2. If such an appeal is filed not later than 10th August, 2022 accompanied by an application for condonation of delay, citing the pendency of the present petition as the reason for the delay, it will be considered on its merit and in accordance with law. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter. If the appeal is filed within the time indicated above accompanied by an application for interim relief then till such time an order is passed on that application, the interim order passed by this Court on 28th September, 2012 shall continue.

3. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for in the above terms.
