This RPFAM has been filed assailing the judgment and order dated 24th February, 2011 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar in Crl. Petition No.34 of 2011 (arising out of Misc. Case No. 115 of 2010).

It appears that after issuance of notice to the Opposite Parties on 29th September, 2011, the matter was listed on 30th April, 2012 on which date the matter was adjourned on the prayer of learned counsel for the Petitioner. Thereafter, no step was taken by either of the parties to get the matter listed. Thus, this Court is of the considered view that the Petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter. 5.
