This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the proceeding initiated against them in 2(c)C.C. No.06 of 2014 pending in the court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Paralakhemundi. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners. No one appears on behalf of the Opposite Parties.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that a case under Section 498-A of I.P.C. having been compromised and vide order dated 29th July, 2022 passed in CRLMC No.6157 of 2014, this Court has been allowed the proceeding to be quashed with the ordered that all the consequential proceedings thereto shall also be quashed and also this is a consequential

// 2 // proceeding of the said case, this Court should quash the aforesaid proceeding.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner has not clarified that whether consequent to the aforesaid order, the case under the P.W.D.V. Act is pending against the Petitioners can also be quashed.

Be that as it may, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners wants to withdraw this petition, as Petitioner approach before the appropriate forum with a copy of this order dated 29th July, 2022 passed by this Court in CRLMC No.6157 of 2014.

Considering such submission, this petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

Interim order dated 17th September, 2014 passed in Misc. Case No.3132 of 2014 stands vacated.

Order be communicated to the court concerned forthwith.
