As there is clear provision for election dispute involving Order No.
rejection of nomination, this writ petition is not entertainable at this stage. This Court, therefore, directs, if the Petitioner is so advised, may approach under appropriate law. It is also open to the Petitioner to raise all such grounds raised in this writ petition in the election dispute, if any.
