This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

This is an application for modification of order dated 28.01.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.990 of 2022.

Leaned counsel for the Petitioner submits that with much difficulty, he has arranged a cash security of Rs.50,000/- but however he has arranged property security of Rs.1,00,000/-. Accordingly, he prays that the cash security of Rs.1,00,000/- as a condition to release from bail as directed by this Hon'ble Court may be modified instead of cash security of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand) and property security of Rs.1,00,000/- be accepted for release of the Petitioner on bail. He seeks extension of two months further time to release from the court below.

Considering the submission made, this Court permits the Petitioner to pay cash security of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand) instead of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One lakh) and property security of Rs.1,00,000/-. The time to surrender before the trial court is further extended for a period of ten days from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The order dated 28.01.2022 passed by this Court stands modified to the aforesaid extent. The rest part of the order shall remain unaltered. 5.
I.A. stands allowed.
