This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. 2.

Looking to the cause title of the writ petition, the objection submitted at running pages 12 & 13 of the brief and for the opinion of this Court that the writ petition should have been moved by the Odisha Saunti Samaj, Keonjhar and not by Mr. Bhubaneswar Naik in his personal capacity, this writ petition is not maintainable. However, considering the request made by Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court permits the Petitioner to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach this Court again with correct cause title and fresh 'VAKALATNAMA'.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, but with liberty as prayed for.
