1. Permitting the Petitioner to urge all the pleas raised in the present petition before the trial Court at the appropriate stage, the petition is disposed of. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated. It will be open to the Petitioner to file appropriate application before the trial Court for any other relief.

2. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
