This is an application filed by the Appellant for modification of the order dated 06.05.2022.

The date of judgment reflected in Paragraph-14 of the judgment as on 11.09.2016 be corrected as 21.02.2014. 4.

Accordingly, the I.A. is disposed of. Both the companies are liable to pay interest @ 6% per annum on the amount so decided by this Court from 15.12.1997 till its payment within a further period of eights weeks.
