2. In this writ petition, the petitioners have prayed to quash the order dated 09.07.2015 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No.862 of 2011 under Annexure-2.

Mr. P.K.Parhi, learned ASGI contended that similar matter has already been decided by the apex Court vide judgment dated 08.11.2019 in Union of India and others v. Gandiba Behera (Civil Appeal No.8497 of 2019 arising out of SLP (C) No.13042 of 2014). 4.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 08.11.2019 in Union of India and others v. Gandiba Behera (Civil Appeal No.8497 of 2019 arising out of SLP (C) No.13042 of 2014).
