2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the FIR in connection with Sambalpur Vigilance P.S. Case No.13 of 2010 corresponding to C.T.R. Case No.27 of 2011 pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Sambalpur.

3. It appears that this case is of the year 2013. Defect pointed out by the S.R. has not yet been removed.

4. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter is called.
