This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. 2.
Considering the allegation made by the learned counsel for Petitioner that there is an oral threatening of demolition/eviction of the Petitioner from the disputed property in question and as the law does not permit oral threatening of eviction, this Court is of the opinion that process of law should be followed, if the Petitioner has not faced any such eviction proceeding as of now. This Court, therefore, directs, there shall be no demolition/eviction of the Petitioner from the disputed property in question without following due process of law. 3.
The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy,
