This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing mode. 2.

This is an application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail.

During course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties. 4.

This Court on perusal of the records finds that the offence alleged against the Petitioner under Section 363 I.P.C. since bailable in nature, the bail application is not maintainable. However, in view of the compromise entered into between the parties, this Court does not find any useful purpose to keep the matter pending and accordingly dispose of the bail application.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID -19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th
