1. Despite Opposite Party Nos.2 having been represented by lawyers, today none appears on his behalf.

2. It is stated that the Petitioner and Opposite Party No.3 have been married and are living peacefully. Copy of their notarial marriage certificate has been enclosed as Annexure-2 to the present application.

3. With none of the above averments having been controverted by Opposite Party No.3, the Court quashes the criminal proceedings i.e., Naugaon P.S. Case No.112 (17) of 2013 and the corresponding G.R. Case No.1235 of 2013 pending in the Court of SDJM, Jagatsinghpur against the Petitioner.

4. The CRLMC is disposed of in the above terms with no order as to costs. A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned trial court forthwith.
