It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to W.P.(C) No. 6341 of 2020 (New Born and Pediatric Health Centre and another v. Cuttack Development Authority and another), which has been allowed by the judgment of this Court today (26.04.2022).

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the judgment dated 26.04.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 6341 of 2020 (New Born and Pediatric Health Centre and another v. Cuttack Development Authority and another), this writ petition stands allowed. 5.
