This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. 2.
Considering the allegation made by the learned counsel for Petitioner that there is a threatening of demolition/eviction of the Petitioner from the disputed property in question through mike announcement and without following due process of law, this Court disposes of this Writ Petition directing that there shall be no demolition/eviction of the Petitioner provided the Petitioner has not faced with any such proceeding as of now and without following due process of law.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy,
