Mr. Y. Parekh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous and as such, the petitioner will not pursue this petition. 3.

In view of the above statement made by Mr. Parekh, learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.

However, W.P.(C) No.21058 of 2021 be listed separately on Tuesday next (12.07.2022).

Mr. S.C. Dash, learned counsel appearing for Opp. Parties 2 & 3 has at this juncture submitted that there are two other connected matters.
