This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of this application in respect of Petitioner No.1 (Sanjay @ Sanjay Kumar Malik).

The prayer being allowed; this application in respect of Petitioner No.1 stands dismissed as withdrawn. The interim order dated 07.02.2020 stands vacated.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioners and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner Nos.2 and 3 surrender before the Court in seisin of the case in Kendrapara Sadar P.S. Case No.7 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.22 of 2020 pending on the file of S.D.J.M., Kendrapara, within three weeks hence and move for their

// 2 // release on bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court. 4.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
