Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Bail Application.

It is seen that the petitioner is in custody since 04.06.2020 and it is stated that the trial has not commenced. 5.

Taking into account the period of custody, learned Trial Court is called upon to expedite the trial. This BLAPL is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to move the bail application at a later stage after examination of Sashi Bhusan and Nabakishore. 6.

The BLAPL accordingly stands disposed of.
