This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Petitioners in this writ petition pray for a direction to the Additional Tahasildar, Sadar, Sambalpur-Opposite Party No.1 for early disposal of Revenue Misc. Case No.54 of 2018 filed to recall order dated 26th September, 2017 passed in Mutation Case No.1601 of 2017.

Earlier, Mr. Mishra, learned ASC sought for an adjournment to take instruction in the matter. Today, on instruction, Mr. Mishra, learned ASC submits that the Additional Tahasildar, Sadar, Sambalpur-Opposite Party No.1 requires four months time to dispose of Revenue Misc. Case No.54 of 2018.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that Additional Tahasildar, Sadar, SambalpurOpposite Party No.1 shall dispose of Revenue Misc. Case

// 2 // No.54 of 2018 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably by end of August, 2022 giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, if there is no legal impediment.

Parties are directed to cooperate Additional Tahasildar, Sadar, Sambalpur-Opposite Party No.1 for early disposal of Revenue Misc. Case No.54 of 2018.

Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
